So, does the sky fall tomorrow?

Good ole Chicken Little would probably believe so if he based his ideology on all the friggin polls we have seen come out of the woodwork the last six weeks. But for me, it's hard to believe that the majority of American Voters are that ignorant that they would pick a teabagger or rightwing extremist over someone who offers sane idea's on how to combat or deal with all that ails us as a world and a nation....

But wait! We are a nation of ignoramus's and morons. Just read the various reports, studies, surveys and books that are out which irrefutably show how dumb our nation truly has become and how fuckwitted the folks that lead us in the federal government are, or at least what the ones on the extreme right espouse when it comes to climate change, education, innovation and our place in the world when measured against other industrialized nations.

Will all the dumb-asses get out and vote tomorrow whilst those with at least two brain cells to rub together and/or a centrist position on most things, will just stay home? Can that really happen tomorrow? How can one rationally expect that to happen?

I have no fucking clue how things will 'turn out' tomorrow night. I hope to hell the sane will overcome the insane. How can anyone vote for a candidate that wants to do away with the department of education or other important and meaningful institutions that have, until the last decade or two, kept our country at the top of the international heap?

How can so many people be so fucking stupid as to not look past their own friggin, self-absorbed nose?
