CNN is reporting Ken Lay had the "big one" in Colorado on the 4th of July.. He is now at the gates of hell and the devil is getting his due.
EDIT: It appears Kenny Boy will get the last laugh. The conviction against him will be "extinguished" since by law, his right to due process allows him to appeal..and if he is in Hell...he obviously can not appeal. Time has a writeup about it here. The civil cases will continue, but the fines levied against him in the conviction will most likely be undone as well.
