Of all the Supreme's..Scalia is one of the biggest Jerkwads wearing the long black robes...He is so right of the center he cant see the center, its that far down the road.
He is also the one that deals with the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals rulings. DeLay's bunch of fuckwits have filed to have the most recent ruling set aside. Because their case could not be heard by the Supreme's prior to this years election, its a smart move on their part.
No one ever said they were stupid..just evil and a bunch of cheaters, whiners and money launderers. TPM has a scenario up that even makes my head spin.
