Bush's new signing statement: Reading your mail without a warrant.

On Dec 20th Bush signed into law a Postal Reform Bill. He also issued a signing statement which says..according to this article:

"that declared his right to open people's mail under emergency conditions."

That claim is contrary to existing law and contradicted the bill he had just signed, say experts who have reviewed it.

I say the mutha fucka is gonna do it anyway..the Postal Service is part of the federal government,which makes it incredibly easy for the Decider-in-Chief. Besides..he already spies on Americans via their phone calls and internet usage. This new one is a walk in the park for him.
